There are two ways to get to the Racetrack/Casino from the train station: The SEPTA booth by the stairs to the station is manned from approximately 6:15 AM to 7:30 PM. Each train makes 22 intermediate stops on the R2 line including North Broad Street and 30th Street Philadelphia, Darby, Chester, Claymont and Wilmington. Between 6:17 AM and 6:47 PM there are nine trains that run from Norristown to Newark. Between 6:28 AM and 7:21 PM there are ten trains that operate from Newark to Norristown. To visit Delaware Park by train: The station is serviced by the R2 SEPTA train that runs between Newark and Elm Street Norristown, PA five days a week. It is called Fairplay Station or Churchman’s Crossing Station.
